• Customized or made-to-order jewellery/clothing may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
b) Delivery Time
• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Non-metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–10 business days
• Remote locations may take longer depending on courier accessibility.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
