Refund policy

At Aura by Palak, we offer handcrafted Jadau jewellery and curated designer & custom-made outfits. Each piece is made or sourced with great care.

 

 

 

1. Jewellery

 

 

  • All jewellery pieces are made-to-order or customised, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, production begins and cancellations are not possible.

  • In the rare case of a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • If approved, we will deliver a replacement product within 5-6 working days or store credit. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

     

     

    Clothing

     


    Ready-to-Wear Outfits:

     

    • No returns or refunds. Exchanges are possible only for sizing issues and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in original packaging.


     


    Custom-Made / Altered Outfits:

     

    • All customised or altered outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

     


    Damaged Items:

     

    • Report within 24 hours with photos/videos for replacement or store credit.

     

     

    • If approved, we will deliver a replacement product within 5-6 working days or store credit. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

       

     

     

    3. General Notes

     

     

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • COD orders may require a small advance to confirm.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
